June 2015

June 2015

I feel like my children's lives are whizzing by and I'm barely able to keep up!  Here's what the end of school and the beginning of summer looked like...

Irelynn earned another Accelerated Reader award!  She's a very hard worker who doesn't complain.  She is quick to jump on her homework, she loves reading time, and she doesn't hesitate when I tell her it's time to go over sight words.  That's a unique characteristic in a child her age. Way-to-go baby girl!!

Natalya turned 11 years old!  Holy Cow.  She's old.  That means I'm old.  We decided to do a combined birthday party with our good friends and neighbors, the Steeds.  So her party was a couple weeks after her birthday.

Tamzyn is growing!  I love this little profile.

Last day of carpool!  We love you Rosequist family!!

Disneyland 2015  Woot-woot!!
There best time to go to Disneyland is when all the California schools are still in session.  So we took off right after school let out because the California schools would still finishing up finals week. We had so much fun!  This is our family vacation of choice :)  Thanks to the Meyers family, we have been able to go quite a few times!

I love this picture.  It's the end of the day shuttle ride to the hotel.  Haha!

DAY 2
We spent a good portion of the day at California Adventure.  It was a perfect day!!
I think the kids did California Screamin' like 9 times each!

It's so hard to say Good Bye

At least we stopped by the beach before heading home.  Newport 56th street.  My old stomping grounds :)

Ellen surprised us!  Love you Elley

That's Branson's little hand supporting her.  He loves his baby sister.

Natalya and Joshua's birthday party!  Having a boy/girl party was super fun.  We had pizza and cupcakes, then played several games. The kids had an amazing time - the adults did too!

Human Hungry Hungry Hippos

Dodgeball

This round was Boys vs. Girls

Crab Soccer (with yoga balls!)

Cup stacking turned into human bowling

I kinda like this picture :)

I snuck a picture of Brian conducting sacrament meeting before we moved.  He's so cute up there.  I love it when he winks at me from the stand.

Can she get any cuter?!

Branson making her laugh

When the flooring goes in it starts to feel real!

Grandma and cousin Taylor having a tea party with the kids.  Branson is super into it.

Natalya at her IV infusion.  When we bring the baby we call it "baby therapy".  Tamzyn is pure joy.

This is one of my favorite memories. 1 pew. 2 moms. 10 kids.

Oh my cute.

WE GOT KEYS!!!  Yay!  The house is officially ours.  I'm bursting with joy, yet wary of the impending move.

Our life is in boxes.  Try packing, moving, cleaning, and unpacking all with a new baby.  In 112 degree heat.

They all had to rotate taking care of the baby while I cleaned our old house.  It took several days.  I was so glad to be done and finally able to move onward.

Bye fiesta house!!  We had a good run!  We loved the 1/2 acre yard and 38 foot playroom, but I was anxious to be in a house I felt like was clean, new, and NOT red/orange/yellow.  Here's to the end of one chapter, now on to the next!
